Yes. The Guwahati roadshow is by invitation only but free of cost. Refreshments, valet parking, and consultation are all complimentary for confirmed guests.

Ammy Virk is the brand ambassador of Mehar Properties and represents the brand year-round. He will not be physically present at the Guwahati roadshow itself.

Not for the first consultation. If you decide to move forward at the event, you may wish to have a PAN copy, passport, and recent address proof handy for paperwork.

Absolutely encouraged. Each 1-hour slot accommodates up to three guests so you can include family or your financial advisor in the conversation.

We work across the spectrum — entry off-plan studios from AED 800,000 (≈ ₹1.85 Cr) up to ultra-prime penthouses from AED 9M+. There is something on offer for first-time as well as seasoned investors.

Payments are made under the RBI Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS), with an annual limit of USD 250,000 per individual. Most developers accept 6–8 instalments aligned to construction milestones.

Rental income from Dubai is taxable in India under DTAA provisions. A compliance specialist will walk you through full clarity on Indian and UAE-side obligations at the event.
